The Daily Stoic: 366 Meditations on Wisdom, Perseverance, and the Art of Living by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman is full of translations from some of the best stoics: Seneca, Epictetus, and Zeno. It helps us deal with stoicism and the pain that comes with it. Meditation is an important form of relaxation and serenity. ![]()
